
Below are our most common asked questions. We want to prepare you as much as we can before booking so a lot of your concerns/ questions can be answered prior. Our goal is to make your booking as smooth as possible.
What is your minimum guests count?
Our minimum party/event size we cater is 30 people during the months of December - March and our min is 40 people during the months of April - November.
Are any of your meats spicy?
No, all meats are well marinated, but not spicy. The only spiciness will be our salsas and grilled peppers that are self served.
Is food cooked onsite?
Yes, we cook everything fresh on site and also chop everything day of. Quesadillas are also cooked when ordered individually by each guests at the party/event. We never pre make them unless asked to at the end before we leave (if still left overs)
Do you provide taste testings?
Taste testings are not available as we are not a restaurant. We prep and cook everything fresh on site.
Will it be just you, or do you have helpers?
For smaller guests count we have 2 caterers. Caterers will increase as the guests count becomes larger.
Do you provide cleaning services or extra tables and chairs?
Unfortunately, we do not provide extra services other than catering. We do have our own small trash can that we use for our own trash and we take that with us when we leave. As far as tables and chairs, we only bring our tables that we need for set up and do not bring extras.
Do you leave left over food?
Yes, we package everything that's left over (we provide to go containers) for you to keep. You keep all that you pay for. We do not leave any of our equipment behind. If you do place an order for Agua Frescas we kindly ask that you provide your own jug if you plan on keeping the juice so our staff can transfer this for you.
Do you still cater if it rains?
Yes, we show up rain or shine. We do bring our own canopies, or if you have one already set up, that's fine too.
How big of a space do you need?
We bring a 12x12 canopy & 2 6ft tables that go under. The extras we bring go behind us (bins, ice chests)

Can you cook food that is not on the invoice?
Unfortunately, we do not cook extra food that is not on the invoice. We like to be courteous to other booked parties throughout the day and do not want to run behind for the next event.
What happens if my guests do not arrive in time?
We do apologize, but we have to honor our invoice agreement time frame. However, if you are the only event for this day, or the last event of the day, our staff may be willing to stay extra time but a fee will be applied. Fees are determined based on guest count and how many staff members there are at your event.
When do we pay the final balance?
Final balance is due once the crew arrives to your designated location. We have found that it's easier to do payment in the beginning because clients are hosting and tend to get busy and we can possibly run late to our next event.
Do you take cash or check?
No, we do not take cash or personal checks due to previous experiences. We now only accept Venmo, Zelle, and Credit card. Corporate events, yes.
Can I add a same day extra service time?
In some cases, yes, but depending on if we have another event booked after yours or crew's schedule. There will also be an additonal fee for this as well.
Do you provide gluten free tortillas?
Our corn tortillas are gluten free, but our flour tortillas are not.
Do you provide drop offs?
Yes, we provide drop offs depending on city and location. If any stairs or elevators a labor fee will also be applied on top of delivery price. To avoid this fee, you may meet the staff outside to grab yourself and place into your own warming dishes. If the staff is asked to help the day of, labor fee will be applied.
Do you need electricity?
No, we do not need electricity. We use propane for cooking.
Do you require driveway parking?
We do ask to have the closest parking possible due to set up and take down.
Is there a travel fee?
Depending on location, travel fee may be charged.
Do you provide extra meat incase we run out?
No, we only bring enough based off guests count on invoice agreement. We are not responsible if the guest count is over and food runs out. Please provide an accurate number to us one week prior to your event date to avoid any issues.
